Old style jewelry store, with years of operation and a solid customer base has moved to a new location and will be hosting a $1,000,000 diamond event on Sept. 17th and 18th.
Deer Park, IL September 14, 2004 -- Lyle and Penny Levy, owners of Penelopes Fine Jewelry, will host the Grand Opening of their new store located in the Deer Park Town Center, located at Lake Cook Rd and Rand Rd.
The gala event, scheduled for September 17 from 10:00am to 9:00pm and September 18 from 10:00am to 5:30pm, will feature over $1,000,000 of distinctive cut diamonds direct from the site holder who cuts and polishes the diamonds in Israel and brings them to the U.S. In addition, there will be a trunk show sale of over 600 individual and unique mountings. Penelopes Fine Jewelry operated for 13 years as Penelopes of Barrington in the heart of that towns retail section. The warm, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere of the Barrington store has been relocated to the Deer Park Town Center.
Lyle Levy, owner of Penelopes Fine Jewelry, stated, Our store has built a reputation on providing a unique, old-world personal service to our customers who have become our friends. To best serve our friends, we keep a full-time jeweler on staff to create custom jewelry or restore and repair precious heirlooms. Many of our designs are Penelopes or from customers drawings and imaginations.
The new store features a completely rebuilt inventory of fine jewelry diamonds, precious stones, wedding sets, gold, platinum and silver jewelry, and watches personally selected by Lyle and Penny Levy for the discriminating buyers seeking that special, breath-taking gift.
Penny has a wonderful eye and a gift for selecting fine jewelry, precious stones and diamonds that match the exquisite taste of our friends and customers. And because our customers are our friends, Penny can provide a friends suggestions of that perfect gift for a wife, a husband or an intimate friend, continued Mr. Levy. And just as important, we remember what purchases our customers have made in the past to ensure that each new gift is special and unique.
As a part of the grand opening, Lyle and Penny Levy will host new and old customers with refreshments as they view the $1,000,000 diamonds, and the mountings available for sale. In addition, guests can experience one very stunning diamond and enter to win prizes by guessing its weight.
